Shipping, tracking and returns, practically
Orders leave the Arkansas fulfillment desk within one business day. Most US addresses see delivery in 3 to 6 business days. Tracking is emailed the moment the label prints; give it one evening to start moving before worrying. The 2-bottle package carries a standard shipping fee shown at checkout; the 3- and 6-bottle schedules ship free in the US. Payment and card handling happen entirely on the secured checkout of our fulfillment partner, which is the only gateway authorized for Sugar Reset orders. Returns under the 60-day promise need a return authorization first, requested by email with your order number; unauthorized parcels cannot be matched to orders and slow your own refund down.
