Short, because we keep little. What we collect, why, and how to make us forget it.
What we collect
When you write to us: your name, email address and whatever you include in the message. When you order: the order details our fulfillment partner shares back so support can help you (name, shipping address, items, order number). When you browse: standard server logs (IP address, pages requested, timestamps) kept briefly for security.
What we never touch
Card numbers and payment credentials. Payment happens entirely on the fulfillment partner's secured, PCI-compliant checkout; those details are never transmitted to, stored by, or visible to this website. Any email asking you for card details in our name is fraud; forward it to care@sugarzreset.com.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers. One value in your browser's session storage remembers that you dismissed the bottom offer bar, and it evaporates when the tab closes. Fonts load from Google Fonts, whose servers see the standard request metadata any font host sees.
Who data is shared with
The fulfillment partner, to route and deliver orders. Nobody else: no lists sold, no lists rented, no advertising exchanges.
Retention and your choices
Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for helping you, order records as long as commercial law requires. Write to care@sugarzreset.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted where the law allows, and we will answer within one business day.
Children and changes
This site sells adult dietary supplements and is not directed at children under 18. Material changes to this notice change the date below and are announced on this page.
