The promise itself

If, after at least 30 days of daily use, you are not satisfied with your results, the product or the experience, contact us within 60 days of the purchase date and the purchase price comes back to your card. The 30-day condition is not fine print for its own sake; it exists because the formula is built around consistency, and a fair trial simply takes a month. You judge, we refund. Nobody argues.

Four steps, start to finish

1. Write to the refund desk. Email orders@sugarzreset.com with the subject line Refund and your order number, inside the 60-day window.
2. Get your return authorization. We reply within one business day with the authorization and the return address in Little Rock. Unopened and opened bottles both count; keep whatever is left of the set together.
3. Ship the bottles back. Return postage is yours; a tracked service is sensible. The bottles do not need to be full, they need to be yours.
4. The refund lands. Once the return scans in, the purchase price is refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping fees, where charged, are not refundable.

What the promise does and does not cover

It covers every package bought through this portal, from the 2-bottle starter to the 6-bottle schedule, one refund per household per order cycle. It cannot cover bottles bought from marketplaces or any other unauthorized channel, because those purchases never enter our order system; that is one more practical reason the verification page keeps saying buy only here.
