How Thornfield started

Thornfield was founded in 2020 by two people who had spent their working lives on opposite ends of the same problem: a supply-chain auditor who traced counterfeit goods for retail clients, and a compounding-pharmacy technician who fielded the phone calls when customers bought the wrong version of something online. Both kept watching the same failure repeat in the supplement aisle: decent products, scattered across marketplaces, stripped of every document that would let a buyer check what they were holding. The company was built around a stubborn idea: sell fewer things, and sell them with the paperwork attached.
